Do you charge a booking fee?

What do you charge for your ceremonies?
Our fees only vary depending on any extras you decide to include in your ceremony and whether overnight accommodation, travel by public transport, or flying is required. We are very competitively priced compared to booking a Registrar or Religious Minister. Please complete our Contact Us form to get a quote.

Do you charge travel expenses?
We do not charge travel expenses to attend ceremonies at venues based in Essex. Mileage is charged at 45p per mile to attend meetings or dress rehearsals and charged for attending ceremonies at venues outside of Essex. We also charge for any rail fares, airfares and accommodation charges incurred to attend your ceremony.

Do we get a commemorative certificate?
Commemorative certificates are included in the price of a bespoke ceremony and are an additional fee for a prewritten ceremony. The certificate gets presented to you at the end of the ceremony. However, unlike a certificate issued from the registry office, the commemorative certificate cannot be used as proof of identification.

How do we book you?
If you are happy with our quotation and Payment Terms, and you decide to choose us to officiate your ceremony, please complete the Booking Form section on the availability/booking form, and we will respond within 48 hours.
