Listed below are two types of ceremonies Civil Weddings offer. If you would like to receive a quotation, Contact Us providing venue details and the day you wish to hold your ceremony.

Bespoke Ceremonies
(Price £280.00, which includes £75.00 non-refundable deposit and a commemorative certificate)

Our ‘Bespoke’ ceremony allows you to express yourselves through your ceremony. Get creative with readings and rituals that are meaningful to you and provide opportunities to include family and friends.

Your ceremony is written just for you and can include multiple readings, rituals, and elements of your choice, including different ways for your loved ones to participate. You determine what goes into your ceremony.

Prewritten Ceremonies
(Price £150.00, which includes £50.00 non-refundable deposit)

Our prewritten ceremony is a cost-effective alternative to our ‘Bespoke’ ceremony. The prewritten script includes a brief welcome, opening words, your preferred choice of vows, exchange of ring vows and one reading of your choice. It is perfect for couples who feel uncomfortable being the centre of attention and wish to have a no-frills ceremony or have made a last-minute decision for an impulse ceremony at home or on the beach.

A commemorative certificate is available at an additional cost of £5.00 on request.

PLEASE NOTE:
Once your Bespoke or Prewritten ceremony script is ready for review, the Celebrant will email a copy, which is your chance to make changes. Most ceremonies go through 2 or 3 drafts.

Mileage is charged at 45p per mile to attend meetings or a dress rehearsal in person. We do not charge mileage for ceremonies within Essex. Outside of Essex, we charge for mileage, any rail fares, airfares, and accommodation charges incurred to attend your ceremony, meetings, or dress rehearsals.
